GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete), also known as GRC, is referred to as glass fiber reinforced cement products in Chinese. It is the flagship product of Xindaxin Company, a composite material made with high-strength cement and silica sand as base materials and alkali-resistant glass fiber as the reinforcing material, while also including various additives to enhance performance, as well as pigments, etc.

The materials we use are all from reputable sources, have passed inspections by authoritative departments, and meet international standards. We reject shoddy quality and vicious competition involving the substitution of inferior goods for quality ones. According to the regulations of the international GRCA and the US PCI, all raw materials must be determined as qualified before project initiation and then production can proceed. The batching before production is an important prelude to the production process, and the mix design depends on strength requirements, surface texture, density, fire resistance rating, and other material properties. Records of the actual mix proportions used should be kept to ensure the correlation between the performance of the cured products and the specified requirements.
The mix ratio must be left to the producer to determine, so as to achieve appropriate workability, performance characteristics, and surface finish under specified environmental conditions and with available materials. It shall be adjusted based on the physical properties outlined in the design parameters, and the mix ratio must be established and all performance tests confirmed before large-scale production.

Xindaxin Company has introduced mixing equipment and spraying devices from the UK's POWER-SPRAYS Company. GFRC production primarily employs the spray-up process, which is accomplished using a mixer, mortar delivery pump, and spray gun. The operation involves using a spray gun to cut continuous untwisted roving glass fibers into short fibers (typically 28-32mm in length), then spraying the glass fibers and cement mortar together onto a mold, followed by manual lamination and compaction to complete the remanufacturing

The thickness control and uniformity of product spraying are crucial to product quality and cost control, while the compaction process ensures the product's compactness. The company has product technicians with over a decade of work experience, providing strong assurance for product quality. After production, the products undergo more than 12 hours of curing. Since the product formulation includes emulsion components, a thin layer forms after the mixture solidifies, retaining moisture to allow the cement to continue hardening, achieving the performance of dry curing. After the products solidify and are removed from the molds, they are transferred to the repair area. Repair requires precise formulations and meticulous operations by experienced technicians to ensure a flawless surface and a complete finish. Subsequently, a waterproof treatment is applied to the finished surface, enabling the product to possess self-cleaning capabilities.
